I'm a Spanish student in Edinburgh. I have arrived at the city last Sunday evening without luggage because this had disappeared in the airport, but this it's not important because my lodge an my family host are wonderful. I ' m living in Sighthill Neuk, a residential area in the south of the city centre.
I'm going to tell you an intersting experience thar I have lived last afternoon: at five in the afternoon I arrived at Princes street, I was admiring the casttle for a long time, and the medows, the churchs, hills, another buildings... really amazing. A huge rock in the middle of a city, incredible. In the Royal Mile I had the dinner with a friend of mine while we were listening a bagpiper playing a traditional tune. After this a group of spanish teachers went to The Lot, a pub in an old and traditional building from Edinburgh, here the culture is intensive and warm in spite of the weather: Ceilidh it's a typical Scotish dance, we were dancing during two hours, Can you imagine thousands years ago a little shire in Highlands of Scotland? People celebrating the harvest or the begining of the summer. You have to come.
